GONG BATH with Ian Somerville Thursdays 7:00pm
Gong Bath with Metatron’s Cube - One of my favorite things in the world is to team up with this powerful Archangel and let the intuitive flow happen while mallet kisses metal during this special offering.
With a 36” unlathed gong infused with Metatron’s Cube, I use a variety of mallets and tools to bring forth a range of sounds and frequencies, from building and intense to light and cosmic.
Each class is a journey inwards and beyond the self as images and feelings come and go throughout the hour.
Each class is unique in flow and arrangement yet the intention is the same: to raise the level of consciousness of the participants while clearing and energizing the Chakra system, promoting organ function and calming/quieting the mind.
PLEASE bring you OWN yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow and whatever else you feel like holding. it’s time to feel comfy!
